Hong Kong:

Shipping fee: Free shipping for orders over HK$600; HK$40 for orders under HK$600 (only applicable to non-remote areas)
Delivery time: 1 - 3 working days
Courier company: SF Express
Delivery method: Can be delivered to any SF Store, SF Locker, and eligible 7-11/OK convenience stores

• Additional surcharges for home delivery, service points, smart lockers, etc. in remote areas are added by SF Express.
If the recipient address is in a remote area as defined by SF Express, SF Express will usually charge an additional fee upon delivery.
Our store cannot pay or subsidize this fee, and it is subject to the official announcement of SF Express.

Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, some outlying islands and remote village houses (subject to SF Express information).

Macau:

Shipping fee: Free shipping for orders over HK$600; HK$55 for orders under HK$600

Shipping fee: HK$150 for orders under HK$1500

France, Japan, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Germany:

Shipping fee: HK$280 for orders under HK$2000
Free shipping: Free shipping for orders over HK$2000
Delivery time: 5 - 10 working days

Other Countries:

For international orders of HK$2,500 or more, we offer free shipping.
For orders under HK$2,500, if shipped to areas other than those listed above, an additional HK$280 shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, taxes, and/or handling fees set by local governments. These fees are not paid to us but are collected by the local postal or delivery company. All additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. For details, please consult your local customs office.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 15 working days after confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays). However, actual times may be delayed due to flight schedules, local customs clearance procedures, or other unpredictable and uncontrollable factors; some countries may also experience delivery delays due to import restrictions on specific products.

Please note that we do not collect any customs duties/import taxes/customs fees. International customers are responsible for all related fees that may arise upon receipt.

During Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, delivery services will be suspended.
All orders are considered completed after successful shipment and payment.
